Key projects include:
- Main contracting for a 100,000ft² self-storage building with 34 accompanying artist studios, Deep Group London’s divisional teams undertook the majority of the work with Deep Living London. The success of this scheme has since led to Deep Living London being appointed for a second storage facility with the, continuing their trusted relationship with Attic Self Storage.
- Ealing studios brickwork package: Over 50,000 sq ft of facilities and 35,000 sq ft of additional office space was created to redefine the studio’s iconic presence.
- Six storey prestigious newbuild Newman Street Hotel located in the heart of Fitzrovia. Appointed to deliver a full scaffolding, SFS, and brickwork package.
- At the Trent Park Walled Gardens, Deep Contractors and Deep Steelworks were appointed to deliver a comprehensive package encompassing steelwork, brickwork, and scaffolding services for the new homes, as well as the restoration of heritage structures. Following the success Deep Group was appointed as main contractor for the two cottages and the mansion block on the same estate. The team will manage the complete refurbishment and the internal fit out, utilizing their in-house divisions.
