His career includes joint ventures with Postel and Argent Properties, where he developed large-scale retail and industrial projects, such as:
- 100,000 sq ft MFI unit in Bristol
- 65,000 sq ft MFI in Walsall
- 135,000 sq ft retail park in Exeter
David has also developed 11 hotels totaling 1,200+ bedrooms, including projects for:
- Radisson Park Inn
- Hampton by Hilton
- Holiday Inn Express
His international expertise includes developing and managing a 420-key Radisson Blu in Tbilisi, Georgia, and more recently, a 210-key Melia Innside Hotel in Liverpool, alongside 65,000 sq ft of pre-let offices to Sony.
